Annmarie is an experienced Human Resources professional with more than 30 years of experience, has helped leaders as well as their teams and organisations improve their performance. This was especially true in times of fast-paced transformation and business growth. Annmarie was a consultant to help translate the human resources and business plans into strategic goals, and enterprise-wide objectives with regard to performance management and organizational, employee involvement, and transformation. She is passionate about learning, and believes that management and team building as her most valuable asset. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, educating leaders, and coaching them to achieve demonstrated success.
