Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is a well-known American cookery book author and Emmy award winning host of Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa which began in 2002, and has been aired for 27 seasons till 2020. Ina started her career at the White House as a writer of documents on nuclear energy and the budget. While she found it intellectually stimulating initially eventually she dropped interest and purchased a small speciality food shop - Barefoot Contessa. It was a huge success for 18 years before she made the decision to close it. Then she began writing the first book. After that, several books were released and she also contributed to magazine articles. Another hit is her Food Network Television show. She also sells a range of product from cooking ingredients to storage and equipment. Ina was never to any cooking school and has not worked in restaurants. She's completely self-taught. She is an easy cook, and also for her entertaining manner. Her most well-known dishes include Skillet Lemon Chicken roasted by Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars and Mac & cheese.
